Will I receive the same result regardless of which Tolman Media location I book with?

All of our photographers and videographers across the country go through our onboarding process to become a certified Tolman Media team member. In this onboarding process we provide training videos to ensure all our team members are trained in our style. In addition, all team members must meet our prior experience and equipment requirements. All editing is done by our in-house team to assure the look you see in our portfolio on our website. You can feel confident that regardless of where you book you will receive media consistent with what you see showcased in our portfolio and on our social media platforms.

Can you hire Tolman Media for videography and have someone else do the pictures?

Absolutely. We do offer video-only packages (and likewise with photography). As something to consider, booking a photographer and videographer who are used to working together and have received the same training to maintain our signature style. Working with a media team can really help your (happily) busy day run smoother.

What packages do you offer and price?

Prices and packages vary a little from area to area. Typically there are three main packages that include photography and videography. Some locations offer special packages including drone footage, vows recorded for video, Instagram "teasers", etc. Please visit your local team's website for specifics on pricing and package options.

Deposit & Refund Policy?

This can also vary depending on the area you book in. The deposit and refund policy will be clearly explained in your contract so please read through it carefully before booking. Typically only a portion of your deposit is refundable. If the wedding needs to be rescheduled for whatever reason (it's 2021 - life is full of surprises!) we will happily work with you to ensure you still receive coverage on your big day(s). If there is an emergency, reach out to your contact as soon as possible to discuss next steps.

We have local photo and video teams across the country and even some international teams! Filling out the 'Contact' form on our main website will redirect you to the team's website closest to you.
